6-8 week training block

The 6 to 8-week training blocks at RSG Fitness Studio have emerged as the preferred choice among most of our clients. Offering 2-3 sessions per week, coupled with nutritional guidance and a carefully tailored plan, these blocks are designed to deliver optimal results. By booking a block of 18 sessions, you'll gain the consistency needed to become fit and healthy. This comprehensive approach not only focuses on your physical training but also ensures that you're supported nutritionally every step of the way, paving the path to a healthier, more vibrant you.

fit in 42

Fit in 42 is an intensive 42-day challenge designed for those committed to making significant lifestyle changes. Participants are required to strictly stick to a set of rules for the duration of the challenge. This includes attending three non-negotiable circuit classes each week and completing two additional sport-specific sessions. These sessions can vary from gym workouts to a minimum of a 5k run, or engaging in any sport of your choice, such as netball, football, swimming, etc. Additionally, a strict nutritional regimen must be followed to ensure optimal results.
