Strength Club: Beginners Are you new to weightlifting and want to learn the basics with confidence? My Strength Club: Beginners class is designed specifically for those who are just starting out in the gym and want to build strength in a safe, supportive environment. Over the course of 4 weeks, I’ll guide you through the fundamentals of weightlifting, teaching you how to perform key movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows with proper technique. You’ll learn how to use dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells, so you can feel confident walking into any gym and getting started on your strength journey. What You’ll Get: Hands-on coaching with a small group (max 6 people) to ensure you get personalized attention. A clear understanding of proper lifting form and technique, setting you up for long-term success in the gym. The confidence to lift safely and progress at your own pace, without fear of injury or intimidation.
