A: The challenge is open to anyone looking to kickstart their fitness journey, especially beginners and intermediate gym goers. Whether you're new to fitness or looking for an extra push, this challenge is for you.
Q: How long is the challenge?
A: The challenge lasts for 42 days, or 6 weeks.

Workouts and Activities
Q: What type of workouts are included?
A: The challenge includes full body hypertrophy workouts that can be done with minimal equipment (dumbbells and kettlebells) or just bodyweight. Workouts are scheduled three times a week.
Q: How many steps do I need to take each day?
A: Participants are required to complete 8,000 to 10,000 steps daily. Proof of steps must be shared in the WhatsApp group or on the coaching app.

Nutrition and Diet
Q: Are there any specific nutritional guidelines?
A: Yes, the challenge includes the following nutritional rules:

Complete at least three workouts a week set for you.

Walk 8,000 to 10,000 daily steps.

Eat 30g-50g Protein per meal

Limit fast food to one cheat meal per week.

Drink primarily water (diet drinks or squash allowed).

No alcohol, sweets, chocolate, or crisps.

No dairy, pasta, or bread.

No carbs after 6pm.

Tools and Resources
Q: What tools do I need to participate?
A: Access to a gym is beneficial, but not mandatory. Having dumbbells and kettlebells at home is preferable, but bodyweight workouts are included as well.
Q: How will the challenge be managed?
A: The challenge will be managed through Trainerize and WhatsApp. Participants will use Trainerize to track their workouts, steps, and progress, and the WhatsApp group will be used for community support and accountability.

Q: How will participants stay motivated during the challenge?
A: We will use Trainerize to keep everyone engaged and connected. Additional challenges within the main challenge will offer opportunities to earn extra cheat meals. Participants can also win prizes for completing the challenge, such as free personal training sessions, fitness gear, gift cards, and more.
Q: Are there any prizes?
A: Yes, participants who complete the challenge can win £50 for best transformation and completing step target for 42 days in a row. Additionally, those who join the waitlist will be entered into a prize draw for a free challenge entry and an RSG Fitness Studio T-shirt.

Q: How much does it cost to join the challenge?
A: The one-time fee to join the challenge is £69 per entry. The first 10 participants to sign up will receive a discounted rate of £50.
